What is Exilis Ultra Femme 360?
The Exilis Ultra Femme 360 (Exilis Femme) is a non-invasive, no downtime, vagina-tightening treatment that uses radio frequency (RF) energy to tighten the vaginal area for improved intimate health.
How does Exilis Ultra Femme 360 work?
Exilis Femme has versatile applicators that can be used internally (i.e. vaginal canal) and externally (i.e. Labia). The Exilis Femme uses the designated applicator that simultaneously delivers RF waves inside the vaginal canal. The device tightens the vagina by emitting energy that heats the deeper tissues to stimulate collagen production and tightens elastin fibres to firm and tone the vaginal and vulvar areas. This treatment can also improve the aesthetics of the labia by using a smaller applicator to tighten loose and stretched labia.

What is the treatment like?

There is no downtime with the Exilis Femme treatment, sexual activities may proceed after treatment.
Can Exilis Ultra Femme 360 be combined with other treatments?
Exilis Femme can be combined with Emsella – a US FDA-cleared device that treats urinary incontinence by strengthening pelvic floor muscles. Exilis Femme can also be combined with Pink Intimate treatment to further brighten our most delicate and private parts.
Who is a suitable candidate?
Exilis Femme is designed to treat vaginal tissue laxity due to ageing, loss of collagen, the childbearing process, and hormonal change. Stress incontinence, and sexual dissatisfaction (decreased sensation during sexual intercourse) are a result of vaginal laxity that Exilis can help to treat.
How many treatments are needed?
We recommend patients undergo weekly treatments for 3 weeks. Maintenance can be done every 6-12 months.
Do take note that you will have to postpone the treatment if you are having your period.
Is there any downtime and side effects?
Patients may feel mild redness and swelling in the treatment area. This typically disappears within a few hours and you may resume your normal activities. The patient is advised to drink more water before and after the treatment.
When will I see results?
You may see visible improvement after the first session. Overall results continue to improve, especially after the third session. Do note that results may vary, depending on the body’s response to the treatment and amount of tissue laxity.
